西部地方高校本科行政管理专业教学的实践与探讨

西部地方高校肩负着为区域特别是民族地区培养高素质专业行政管理人才的重任。西部地方高校本科行政管理专业教学实践与中东部院校相比存在着现实的发展差距,主要存在课程设置与区域特色结合不足、师资水平亟待提升、教学模式有待改进、服务区域功能不明显等问题。针对以上问题,笔者结合自身的教学实践,对西部地方高校本科行政管理专业的教学进行探讨。

Practice and Exploration of Undergraduate Administration Teaching in Local Colleges of West China

Local colleges in west China shoulder the responsibility of cultivating qualified administrative talents for nationality regions.There exists a gap between the teaching practice of administration major in west China local colleges and that in middle and eastern regions.In view of the problems existing,this paper explores undergraduate administration teaching in local colleges of west China combining with the writer＇s own teaching practice.
