摘 要: | 语言是学识的标尺,是一个人个性、阅历、才能、综合素质的体现,是人们相互传递信息,沟通思想,交流情感的工具。在职场交际中,笔者认为口语交际中要注意语言的对象感。即说话要看对象,同时表达要讲策略。
