摘    要:通过对体育教学过程中教学重点和教学难点的探究,指出现在体育教师在教学中对体育教学重难点把握还存在误区,提出正确把握教学重点和教学难点的方法,为在备课和教学实践中正确把握住教学重点,提高课堂教学效率提供参考方法。

Abstract:Through the study on the key and difficult teaching points in sports teaching,the writer points out that the current sports teachers still have some misunderstandings on the recognition of teaching key and difficult points,and proposes right ways of grasping these points, so as to help teachers better recogriize key and difficult points in teaching practice, and improve the efficiency of class teaching.
