高校工作人员绩效考核浅议

摘    要:目前高校工作人员的考核基本上按照事业单位工作人员年度考核进行,结果分为优秀、合格、基本合格和不合格等四个等次,以明确考核等次为考核工作的终点,缺少考核应有的反馈环节,很难达到考核激励先进、鞭策后进、提高绩效的目的和意义。文章分析了高校考核中存在的问题,分析成因,提出绩效考核对策建议。

A Brief Discussion on Performance Appraisal of College Staff

Abstract:The current assessment of the college staff is basically in accordance with the annual evaluation of the institution staff,and the result is divided into four levels:excellent,qualified,basically qualified and unqualified,so an appraisal ends when the levels are clear,but it lacks feedback,so it is difficult to achieve the expected purpose and significance.The article analyzes the problems in university appraisal,analyzes the causes,and proposes suggestions for the performance appraisal.
