弹好高校辅导员工作的七个基本音符

本文主要分析和阐述了什么是辅导员和怎样做好辅导员两个问题。对于第一个问题即辅导员的角色定位问题,笔者认为辅导员同时担任着五大角色：思想指导员、日常事务管理员、职业指导员、就业服务员、心理咨询员,五大角色合为一员就是辅导员。对于第二个问题,笔者认为辅导员工作中有七个着力点,并形象地将其与音乐中七大基本音符相联系,阐述了弹奏好辅导员工作中的七个基本音符就可以更好地做好辅导员工作的观点。

On the Work of College Counselors from Four Basic Tones

In this paper,analysis and elaboration of what is a counselor and how to do a good job counselor two questions.For the first question that the counselor＇s role issues,I believe that the counselor at the same time as the five major roles：the ideological mentors,and the daily affairs administrators,vocational guidance,employment attendants,psychological counselors,five members together as a counselor.For the second question,I believe that the counselors work in the seven focus points,and the associated with the seven basic notes in music on the seven basic notes playing a good counselor can be more good to do a good job counselors work.
