浅谈工科教师教学研究能力的培养

摘    要:受工科专业特点的影响,绝大多数工科教师都毕业于非师范院校,由于未修过教育专业的相关课程,因此大多数教师都是专业知识过硬但教学技巧生疏。本文详细分析了工科教师教学研究能力的现状及原因,并探索性地提出了提升工科教师教学研究能力的几种方法。

On Teaching and Research Ability of Engineering Teachers

Abstract:Due to the professional characteristics of engineering,most engineering teachers are graduated from the not-normal colleges.Because of not taking normal courses,most teachers are all good at professional knowledge but lack of teaching skills.This paper analyzes the situation and causes of the teaching and research ability of the teachers' engineering.Several methods was put forward to improve the teaching and research ability of the engineering teachers.
