基于卓越工程师教育培养计划的高校实践育人探索

我国高校规模已经在全球居于前列,但是在教育创新、人才能力培养、素质培养等方面仍然落后于发达国家水平。教育质量总体较差,企业界对于毕业生普遍反映为：实践能力不足,岗位适应慢,创新精神、团队精神和敬业精神较为缺乏。为了提高高校教学质量,提高人才培养水平,教育部于2010年6月启动了＂卓越工程师教育培养计划＂,本文重点探讨了如何将卓越工程师教育培养融入高校实践育人环节,希望能对促进我国高等教育的发展起到积极作用。

Exploration of College Practice Education Based on the Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan

The scale of Chinese Universities have been among the highest in the world,but still lags behind the level of developed countries in terms of educational innovation,human capacity development,quality training.Overall poor quality of education,the business community for graduates generally reflected as follows： lack of practical ability to adapt to slow post, spirit of innovation, more a lack of teamwork and professionalism. In order to improve the quality of university teaching, to improve the level of training personnel, the Ministry of Education Excellence Engineer Education Plan was launched in June 2010,the paper focuses on education and training of excellent engineers how to integrate into the University Practical education sectors, hoping to promote the development of higher education in China play a positive role.
