| 摘 要： | 学科融合是合并后多校区大学所面临的一个重要课题,但在学科融合进程中存在着诸多问题,解决这些问题的主要对策是:“五个统一”是学科融合的组织基础、教师思想的融合是学科融合的关键、体制创新是学科融合的可靠保证、结构合理的师资队伍是学科融合的不竭动力。

| Abstract: | Discipline integration is an important task that the merged multi-campus university is faced with, but there are some problems in the process of discipline integration.Aiming at these problems, the thesis puts forword corresponding proposals.“5 consolidation" is the foundation of the discipline integration. The integration of the faculty thoughts is the key of the discipline integration. The system innovation is the reliable guarantee of the discipline integration. And the logical structure of the faculty is the everlasting power of the discipline integration. |
