| Abstract: | The work of handling letters and visits from the public is the basis of stability of universities and also the important bridge between the staff and students. It plays an important part in the work of universities. The paper indicates that the system of this work should be improved and the process of making this work legalized and standard should be pushed on in order to make this work more effective. |
