当代中国农民政治参与失序论

政治参与为农民利益表达提供了路径选择和制度依赖,同时,也焕发出农民强烈的民主热情。但是,受主客观因素的影响,我国农民政治参与出现了大量失序的情况。对此进行矫正,我们应当尊重农业利益,维护农民权益；健全参与机制,畅通参与渠道；发展农村经济,加强文化建设。力求使农民政治参与向有序、良性、健康方向发展。

Modern Chinese Farmers'''' Political Participation and Its Disorder

Political participation provides farmers with optional routes and dependable system.Meanwhile,it ignites their enthusiasm for democracy.However,because of some factors,both objective and subjective,there is a great disorder in farmers'political participation.To remedy this situation,we should take the following measures: respecting farmers'rights and maintaining their benefits;perfecting participating mechanism and expediting participating channel;developing rural economy and strengthening cultural construction.Efforts should be made to develop farmers political participation in an orderly,favorable and healthy direction.
