字求异形——汉字发展过程中的构形选择

在汉字发展过程中，汉字形体求异有合规律的和反规律的两种。合规律的是为解决多词同形而另造新形，使词有专形而获得词义的清晰表达；反规律的则是为了某种需要而为已有汉字另造新形，或者是对事物的认识和理解的不同而为现有汉字制造了异形。无论是合规律的还是反规律的，都有当时社会背景下的选择依据，其要么具有汉字学意义上的价值，要么具有社会文化学意义上的价值，都是符合人类思维规律的必然选择。

Seeking to be Different in the Form of Chinese Character-Choice of the Form of Chinese Character in Its Development Process

In the development process of Chinese character,seeking to be different in the form of Chinese character sometimes is consistent with the law,sometimes inconsistent.Those consistent with the law aim at solving the problem caused by the fact that a form is shared by more than one word,thus a new form is invented so that the meaning of each word can be clearly expressed with a typical form.Those inconsistent with the law are caused by the fact that sometimes the rulers or other social individuals subjectively invented a new form for the existing word in order to meet their certain need,and sometimes the social individuals might invent a new form for the existing word because of their different understanding toward certain thing.Whether it is consistent with the law or not,the choice of each form has its ground under that social circumstance,and the form either has its value in the study of Chinese characters or has its value in the study of social culture,so it conforms with the inevitable choice of human's thinking principle.
