"以人为本"的实践论诉求

摘    要:依据实践观点,遵循“实践思维”的逻辑不难发现,“以人为本”是相对于“以物为本”、“以神为本”提出来的。之所以要“以人为本”,是由世界万物,尤其是人类社会的发展和人在其中的地位、作用决定的。在我国实行“以人为本”,贯彻“人本主义”,当务之急是要从人的“本真”形态去看待人,在思想深处将“以民为本”转变为“以民为主”,进而再将其提升为“以人为本”、“人本主义”,切实满足人的各方面特别是自由表达自己思想的需求,而大力发展生产力、促进先进文化建设,切实推进政治文明进程自然也就成了题中应有之义。

Abstract:In the perspective of practice,we can find human-centredness is proposed corresponding to the concepts of substance-centredness and God-centredness.The world,especially the development of the human society places man in the center of the universe.In China,to carry out humanism involves converting mass-centredness to mass-domination,which,in turn,can be converted into human-centredness.It also entails satisfying the various needs,especially that of expressing their own thoughts by human being so as to facilitate the advance of production,political civilization and cultural development.
