| Abstract: | Finance autonomous authority is an important national autonomous regional authority from the Chinese Constitution and the National Regional Autonomous Laws. We should perfect the system of separate tax and financial transferable. The National Regional Autonomous Laws should be modified and the relative regulations should be put forward according to economical system. |
