| 摘 要： | 现有的企业信息化经济效益评价方法本质上分为两类:基于财务的有形效益评价、将无形效益主观量化的体系指标评价。第二类更具合理性,但复杂、可操作性差。两类方法基本上都没有突出企业本身对信息化实施的支持能力这一重要维度,评价完整性有待提高。三维立体坐标模型,建立了制造企业对实施信息化的支持能力(技术+管理)、成本、有形收益、无形收益的联系。通过对由各维度构建起的立方体体积的比较,实现动态的信息化经济效益的整体评价。
