| 摘 要： | 摔擒技术是一门综合性极强的技艺，不仅斗技、斗力，还斗智，不仅有强健的体魄，娴熟的技术，而且需要良好的心理素质和安全意识，武警官兵都应具备这四个方面的素质。为此有必要研究和总结摔擒技术的科学组训方法。
