| 摘 要： | 加快中国体育社会团体实体化的建设步伐 ,实现基层竞技运动组织的规范运营 ,依法惩治奥运体育丑恶现象 ,加大奥运无形资产法律保护的力度 ,加紧奥运体育法律救助体系的完善 ,全面清查侵犯奥运知识产权行为 ,加强奥运知识产权的学习和保护等是当前中国奥运法制建设重点关注的几个热点问题。

| Abstract: | There are many hot topics in the Olympics illegal construction including quickening the steps of the positive construction of Chinese social groups, realizing the rational management of grass-rooted organizations of competition, punishing Olympics filthy phenomenon by laws, enhancing the intensity of protecting Olympics intangible estate, perfecting Olympics illegal system, uncovering Olympics intellectual property rights in all round way and strengthening the studying and protecting of Olympics intellectual property rights. |
