| 摘 要： | 继续教育是伴随经济与社会发展提出的紧迫任务，基本内容是社会需求，层次应该多样。形式应更具灵活性。明确继续教育同终身教育的关系，便于理解继续教育发展方向，深刻认识其战略性与长期性。搞好教育规划和组织，并促使两结合，推进全民素质教育。继续教育实施则应着力推动，注重效能。强调开放，体现灵活。

| Abstract: | Continuing education is an urgent task emerged during the development of economy and the society, the aim of which is to meet social demands with varied levels and flexible forms. Specifying the relationship between continuing education and life-long education is helpful in understanding the direction of continuing education, recognizing its strategic and long term nature, better educational planning and promoting mass quality education. The implementation of continuing education should be centered on promoting effectiveness, openness and flexibility. |
