| 摘 要： | 目标管理是一种科学的管理方法和手段 ,在管理领域具有普遍的应用价值。把目标管理引入到思想政治工作 ,是因为它自身所包含的特点和功能符合思想政治工作规律 ,具有很好的实效性。思想政治工作是一个复杂的系统工程 ,实现思想政治工作目标管理要解决好以下两个问题 :一是要合理规划和正确操作思想政治教育目标 ;二是要建立起整个思想政治工作运行的保障机制

| Abstract: | Management by objectives is one of the scientific methods in management,which has universal practical appeal.Because its features and functions are in conformity with the law of political and ideological work,it has been made use of effectively.As political and ideological work is a complicated and systematic project,to apply management by objectives the following two aspects must be paid attention to: the rational planning and correct operation of the educational objective of political and ideological work and the establishment of guarantee mechanism for the operation of political and ideological work. |
