| 摘 要： | 公平理论是管理学激励理论中的一个重要成果。本文分析了高校大学生评优评奖的评定办法及存在的问题,结合公平理论的观点,提出了相关建议以提高大学生的主观公平感,使高校大学生评优评奖工作更客观更公平。

| Abstract: | Equity theory is an important achievement of the management incentive theory.This paper analyzes the evaluation methods and the existing problems of college students’ actor award,combines with the point of view of equity theory,to put forward related suggestions in order to improve the students’ subjective sense of fairness,make the evaluation of university students more objective and more fair. |
