社会转型期农民思想政治工作的必要性和对策

随着改革开放的深入和政治、经济、文化等各项事业的全面发展,我国已处于新的社会转型期。社会转型也必然会带来新的社会矛盾和社会问题,尤其是“三农”问题更加突出。为解决“三农”问题,响应党中央提出的构建社会主义和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村的号召,笔者认为要在思想认识领域里首先做好农民的思想政治教育工作。为此,必须明确农民思想政治教育工作的现状及现实意义,确立工作目标,选择可行的方式方法,为实现“十一五规划”的良好开局,全面建设小康社会和实现党的第三步战略打好坚实的基础。

The Importance of Farmers' Political Thought Education in the Period of Social Transformation and Some Strategic Methods

With the deepening of the reform and opening-up policy, it is the time for our country to get into a new stage. But inevitably many new problems will emerge, especially those of "country, agriculture, and farmers". In order to solve these problems, and to follow the central government's calling for "forming beautiful society, constructing new country", it is most crucial for us to do well in the work of farmers' political thought education. First of all, we should make sure of the importance of political thought education in practice and its present situation. Then we can set up the aims of farmers' political thought education, work out some valid methods and ways, lay solid foundations for realizing the good beginning of the 11th Five Years Program, forming finer society and going with Communist Party of China's 3rd strategic planning.
