| 摘 要： | 本文以我国研究型大学为题,从基本概念入手阐述了研究型大学的内涵和特点,并结合国外高水平研究大学的建设计划,探索了我国研究型大学现状和存在问题。最后,提出了持续加大政府投入,不断加强学科建设,加快构筑人才高地,积极进行人事制度改革等策略以推进我国研究型大学建设。

| Abstract: | The basic concept of research-typed universities is presented,and Chinese research-typed university status and problems are explored.Then,some strategies,such as sustained increasing government investment,constantly strengthening the construction of disciplines,speeding up the talent introduction,and carrying out reform of the personnel system,were proposed in order to promote the construction of research-typed universities in China. |
