| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了TBT的发展;根据各国海关和行业网站的统计资料及现有的文献、著作,对美国、欧盟、日本纺织品服装领域的TBT做了系统归纳;并结合我国纺织品服装出口现状以及受到的TBT影响,分析了遭遇TBT的原因;从政府、行业组织和企业三方面为我国纺织品服装出口应对国外TBT提出了有针对性的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly reviews the evolvement of TBT.Secondly,by collecting data from many countries' custom websites and textile industry professional websites as well as lots of literatures,the paper summarizes America,EU and Japan TBT of textile and clothing industry.Then the following section induces the reasons why there are such TBT based on China's textile and clothing export status and influence of TBT.Finally,from governmental,industrial and enterprise aspects,this paper gives specific advice for China textile and clothing export to deal with TBT. |
