血管的三维建模 |

摘 要: | 根据100张血管切片图像,提出搜索最大内切圆的优化算法。搜索范围限制在每张图像边界的外接长方形内的一块长方形区域,从而精确、高效地求出圆心坐标和半径。接着用三次B样条曲线逼近血管的中心点列,并重建出三维血管模型。结果表明,B样条曲线逼近效果良好,重建出的三维血管模型能够反映血管原状。

3D Modeling of the Blood Vessel |

Abstract: | According to the 100 blood vessel images,a optimization algorithm for searching the maximum inscribed circle is presented. The searching area is limited in a rectangle area which is in the image boundary' s circumscribe rectangle, thus accurately, efficiently calculate the center coordinate and radius of the circle. Then the paper approximate the center data of the blood vessel with 3th-degree B-spline curve,and reconstruct the 3D blood vessel model. The results show that the effect of B-spline curve approximation is good, and the 3D blood vessel model can reflect the blood vessel' s original shape. |
