多科性海洋大学应用型人才培养及评价的探索与实践

摘    要:应用型人才培养及质量评价对于广东海洋大学的建设和发展具有重要意义。以毕业生追踪调查为依据,在理清思路的基础上,构建多科性海洋大学应用型人才培养的基本模式,制定应用型人才培养的技术线路,设置应用型人才培养的教学模式。在坚持应用型人才培养评价主体多元化的前提下,教师、学生积极参与应用型人才培养评价,有利于学校更好地适应地方经济社会发展的需要,有利于促进大学生顺利就业。

Abstract:Training and evaluating applied undergraduates have the important meaning to Guangdong ocean university’s construction and development.According to the follow-up investigation of the graduates,on the basis of putting our ideas into shape,we have constructed a multidisciplinary ocean university applied talents cultivation mode,developed the technique line,set up the teaching mode.Under the premise of diversity of main body of applied undergraduates’ cultivation evaluation,the teachers and the students’ active participation,is the school’ need to better adapt to the development of local economy and society,and opens up the broad way to obtain employment smoothly for college students.
