| 摘 要： | 我国现有的诊所式法律教育存在诸多问题。缺乏完善的制度保障、资源匮乏和教育工作者深受传统教学模式影响等使得诊所式法律教学模式在高等法律院校的开展举步维艰,我们应通过完善相关法律,给予制度支持;建立全方位保障体系;改革教师考评机制,建立相应奖励机制等途径扫清诊所式法律教学模式的发展障碍,实现法律课程教学效果的最优化。

| Abstract: | In China,there are some problems in the clinic style legal teaching mode.Such as lacking of consummate laws and regulations,resources and the effect of traditional teaching mode.It is difficult to perform clinic style legal teaching mode.In order to upgrade the impact of law education,we should perfect laws and regulations,education guarantee system,and encouragement system. |
