摘    要:随着高校管理改革的不断深入,越来越多的高校借鉴国外高校管理模式和管理经验,不断反思自身管理的弊病。在这个过程中,难免出现简单的运用“拿来主义”将它山之石强行植入本校的现象。笔者以美国肯尼索州立大学为例,运用“文化维度理论”对中美高校管理差异进行分析,有助于高校管理者理智借鉴国外经验。有效开展管理改革。

Abstract:With the development of the reforms in administration,more and more Chinese university administrators borrow administrative models and experiences from foreign universities when exam their own administrative flaws.The author takes Kennesaw State University(KSU)as an example to analyze the administrative differences between KSU and Chinese universities based on the culture dimension theory,which will help the Chinese university administrators be more wise in borrowing foreign experiences and be more effective in implying reforms.
