| 摘 要： | 搞好团支部建设,思想建设应该放在首位。当前高校进行团支部思想建设方面的研究和探索较少,我系团委自2010年组织实施班级团支部思想建设"54321青年工程"以来,青年团员的思想政治素质和主动学习兴趣得到显著提高,团支部的凝聚力、战斗力不断增强,团支部思想政治工作规范化、制度化和科学化逐步实现。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the construction of League branch,ideological construction should be put in the most important place.At present,there are few research and exploration of League branch ideological construction,since 2010,"54321 young project"was carried out in our department,yong League members has been studying actively and their ideological and political quality were improved obviously,the cohesion and combat effectiveness of League branch was also improved constantly,and standardization and systematization of League branch work was realized gradually. |
