摘    要:在深入分析变革期幼师院校战略环境、内部条件基础上,提出学校十二五规划的增长型总体战略,以充分利用学校外部机会和内部优势.规避外部威胁,克服内部薄弱环节。走特色化之路。介绍了增长型总体战略指导下的学校规划框架。

Abstract:This article,based on the in-depth analysis on the strategic environments and internal conditions of the preschool colleges during transformational period,has suggested general growing strategy for Guangxi College for Preschool Education in the "twelfth five-year plan",as to fully utilize the external opportunities and internal advantages of the school,avoid the external threats,overcome the internal weak links,and to follow a particular and adaptive path.The article introduces a planning framework under the guidance of the general growing strategy of the college.
