Strategic Choices and Planning Framework for the Transition of Preschool Colleges during the Transformational Period --Based on the Case of Guangxi College for Preschool Education

This article,based on the in-depth analysis on the strategic environments and internal conditions of the preschool colleges during transformational period,has suggested general growing strategy for Guangxi College for Preschool Education in the "twelfth five-year plan",as to fully utilize the external opportunities and internal advantages of the school,avoid the external threats,overcome the internal weak links,and to follow a particular and adaptive path.The article introduces a planning framework under the guidance of the general growing strategy of the college.
