| 摘 要： | 财务管理课程涉及到多个理论基础，在教学中能否让学生充分理解这些理论基础，对学生学好财务管理课程内容具有很大影响。本文针对财务管理中的风险价值、资本成本、股票价值等重要知识点，以问题为起点、以逻辑推演为模式，精心设计了它们的理论基础教学方案。
