职业人才培养教师资源使用共享的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures to the Shared Teachers＇ Resources in Vocational Education

With the rapid development of science and technology today,professional personnel needs diversity and fast transformation in the structure level and type.Occupations are innovated from time to time;new capacity requirements also advance with the times,which have raised new challenges to the teachers’ resources in vocational education.What is more,striking is the co-existence of shortage of professional teachers and being idle.Only by meeting the challenge,facing reality,investigation and analysis,fully rational use of available teacher resources,finding an effective way to share teachers’ resources,can we better look for an effective way of sharing teacher resources in vocational education.
