学生个性视角下的专业教育分析

学生个性与专业教育之间存在着密切的关系,二者相符,则有利于学习活动的顺利进行,反之,则制约或阻碍学生的正常和高效学习。本文从学生个性角度入手,总结了学生个性的特征,进而分析和阐述了个性与专业教育的关系,并提出了专业教育的改革建议。

Analysis of Professional Education from the Perspective of Student Personality

There is a close relationship between student personality and professional education. When the two match, it will be advantageous to learning activities. Otherwise, they will constrain or hinder the normal and efficient learning. This article, from the perspective of student personality, sums up the characteristics of students personality, then analyzes the relationship between student personality and professional education, and puts forward some proposals for the reform of professional education.
