| Abstract: | Based on the analyses about the basic functions of higher pedagogical education and tour , the author of this paper pointed out that the functions of higher pedagogical education and tour is almost the same in the aspects of moulding people's personality and promoting the local economic development . Connected with the practical conditions of the local areas , the author of this paper probed into the ways and means of how to combine higher pedagogical education with the local economy ,so as to promote the tourism and economic development into a higher level in the minority nationality & the poor areas . |
