公办本科高校创建校董事会若干问题的思考——基于福建江夏学院的校本研究

学校的办学定位、办学思路及办学目标决定了福建江夏学院必须建立校董事会。校董事会的建立有其办学特殊性、深化教育体制改革的紧迫性和办学历史的行业性等可行性条件。创建校董事会，需要厘清校董事会在学校管理体制中的定位、性质、设置依据及批准设置主体等问题，处理好与校党委及校长负责制之间的关系。创建校董事会应从章程制订着手，思考校董事会的人员组成、职责、董事会会议以及机构设置等问题。校董事会的创建将对学校办学发挥重要作用。

On the Problems in Setting up School-Board in Undergraduate Universities --With Case-Study of Fujian Jiangxia University

School orientation, the educational ideas and goals determine the school board of Fujian Jiangxia University must be estab- lished. The establishment of the school board has its particularity ; we will deepen reform of the education system of the urgency and feasi- bility condition of educational history in the industry. Create a school board, need to clarify the location in the school board in the school management system, sets up the basis and approved set properties, main body, handle the relationship between the party and the Presi- dent Responsibility system. Create the school board should from the articles of association setting, thinking the school personnel composi- tion, duties and responsibilities of the board of directors, the board meeting, and institutions. School board will play an important role in running school.
