| 摘 要： | 以高职毕业生就业情况调查为依据，以就业为导向，结合我国高职教育的特点，在分析高职学生可迁移技能内涵的基础上，探讨高职院校人才培养问题，指出专业技能的培养仅是高职教育的一部分，高校应重视对学生可迁移技能的培养。

| Abstract: | According to the survey about the situation of students＇, obtaining jobs, taking the employment as guidance, combined the characteristics of China＇s. After analyzing of transferable skills, we can discuss the problems met on the process, pointing this kind of cultivating is part of the education of higher vocation school. |
