老年人保健品依赖与人格特质的相关性研究

目的了解老年人保健品依赖的情况，探讨老年人保健品依赖与人格特质的关系。方法采用随机取样法，选取重庆市和福建省的老年人共189名，使用量表进行调查，通过保健品依赖量表筛选出保健品依赖的老年人30名为研究对象。结果神经质与保健品依赖呈显著正相关（r=0．39，p〈0．05），精神质与保健品依赖无相关性，神经质能显著预测老年人的保健品依赖（B=0．622，p〈0．01）。性别、文化程度与保健品依赖差异不显著，经济水平与保健品依赖差异显著（p〈0．05）。结论神经质是影响老年人保健品依赖的重要因素。

A Correlation Research between the Dependence of Functional Food and Personality of Old People

Objective： To understand the state of functional food use, and to explore the relationship between the dependence of function- al food and personality of old people.Method ： 189 old people were selected from Chongqing and Fujian by means of random sampling and measured by scale, using the dependence of functional food, selected the subjects （n=30） which has the dependence of functional food, to explore relationship of old people＇s personality characteristics and the dependence of functional food. Result： Neuroticism had obvious positive significant relation with the dependence of functional food, psyehoticism had no significant relation with the dependence of functional food, neurotieism could significantly predict the dependence of functional food positively. No significant difference between gender, degree of education and the dependence of functional food. There were significant differences in economic level and the depen- dence of functional food. Conclusion： Neurotieism has significant influence on the dependence of functional food.
