| 摘 要： | 采用因素分析法得出:加强大学生的实践能力需要学生、社会、学校、用人单位的共同努力,学校应在教师培养、课程设计、考核标准和与用人单位合作等多个角度引导学生参与实践活动,只有这样才能使人才培养符合社会需求。

| Abstract: | Employment and practice capability fostering of college students should be taken into account. Firstly, Importance must be known to do that. Secondly, course system of colleges must be reformed and evaluation system should lead to foster practice capability themselves. Thirdly, colleges, society and organization need to strengthen cooperation and provide more practice chance for college students. |
