| 摘 要： | 由于近年高校毕业生就业制度改革的深入和就业形势的变化，高校毕业生就业形势严峻。毕业生就业率的高低，不仅影响学生发展，同时也影响高校自身发展，教育学生树立正确的择业观，指导学生全面规划和设计职业生涯，提高大学生就业率，是高校一项重要而紧迫的任务。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of reform in the system of employment for college students and the changing of employment situation, there are many difficulties in employment for college students.A fluctuation in employment rate not only affects students' development but also the development of colleges.It is an urgent and important task for colleges to help students develop a correct attitude to employment and guide them to design an all-round plan for their career in order to raise their employment rate. |
