| 摘 要： | 本文使用中国各地区相关数据，分析了不同来源FDI在我国工业部门产生的技术溢出效应差异。发现在总体层次上，港澳台外资产生了明显的技术溢出效应，而其它外资没有表现出显著的技术溢出效应。通过进一步研究经济发展程度对技术溢出效应的影响，发现只有在经济发达地区，港澳台外资才产生了明显的技术溢出效应。

| Abstract: | By using cross - provincial data on Chinese industries, this paper examines whether the source of FDI affects technology spillovers in China. The results indicate that technology spillovers could only be generated by FDI from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. Furthermore, the spillover effect is significant only in advanced regions. |
