| Abstract: | The paper,having introduced the complexity of enterprise's administrative system and the chaos characteristics of entrepreneur encouragement system,sets up a simple model to probe into Chaos phenomenon of entrepreneur encouragement system,and produces the corresponding measures that enterprises should adopt,so as to adapt the complexity and utilize chaos. |
