| 摘 要： | 以情育人不仅是指在一种寓教于情的环境中进行人才培养,而且是让学生在一种自由、宽松和谐的氛围中求知学习、立志成长。铭贤学校坚持以学生为本,构建了尊师爱生的人文和谐校园,创设了良好的育人环境。学校注重认知与情感的紧密联系,提倡在其乐融融的师生关系中,教师用自己创作的心血和高尚的人格影响教育学生,塑造学生美好的心灵,以此激励学生勤奋学习、学以致用。这些优良的办学特色,值得今天的办学者借鉴。
