| 摘 要： | 高等学校必须引入创新教育，实现新旧教育模式的转换，才能使我国的高等教育持续发展。完成新旧教育模式的转换，要实现四个方面的转化：一、以教师为主体向以学生为主体转化；二、知识传授体系向知识创新体系转化；三、重视专业素质向重视专业素质与综合素质并重转化：四、时段性教育向终生性教育转化。

| Abstract: | Only by introducing innovational education and transforming the old educational pattern to new one, can higher education in our country be developed sustainedly. To accomplish this, transformations must be carried out in the following four aspects: First from teacher-oriented to student-oriented educating. Secondly, from imparting knowledge system to innovational knowledge system. Thirdly, focus on fostering professional capability to poly-proficiency and character training. Fourthly , periodical schooling to life-long education. |
