| 摘 要： | 文章对大学生勤工助学的远因和近因进行分析,对外语专业大学生在勤工助学过程中行为的异化进行心理和社会因素的剖析,运用调查法,比较法,归纳法等方法,将勤工助学趋利行为危害进行了解析。从辅导员工作角度提出：三级管理,四部门联动的应对性策略。

| Abstract: | Pairs of students work-study analysis of the underlying and immediate causes of work-study foreign language majors in the behavior of the process of alienation for the analysis of psychological and social factors,using survey method,comparative law,induction and other methods will be work-study benefits or reduce hazards intensive behavior analytic.From the angle of counselor work： three-level management,four-departmental interaction response strategy.Work-study students focus on the process of scientific research ability,integration of ideological education and the right combination of support for college students start their own businesses. |
