评价企业学习型文化的指标与方法研究

摘    要:建立学习型企业,需要发展适用于评价学习型文化的工具。借助于学习型文化的结构要素与内容要素,提出了企业学习型文化的评价指标,探讨了单项指标、单个要素和综合指数三种评价方法,并考察了其实际应用。三种评价方法相互补充,有助于企业有效掌握学习型文化的发展状况,改善学习型文化的培育活动,加速企业向学习型组织的转变进程。

Abstract:To establish learning enterprise need develop evaluat io n instruments of learning culture. This paper proposes evaluation indexes by din t of the structure element and content element of the firm's learning culture, e xplores the evaluation methods of monomial index, single element and general ind ex, and discusses the practical application of the evaluation indexes and method s. Three sorts of evaluation methods are reciprocally supplemented. They help en terprise effectively grasp the developmental status of the learning culture, imp rove the breeding activity of the learning culture, and accelerate the change co urse towards the learning organization.
