大学新生挫折承受力及应对策略

文章针对部分大学新生对高校学习生活环境适应能力差，出现的认知失调、情感受挫，甚至形成学习障碍的现状进行了挫折成因分析。认为应及时开展对挫折的预防、帮教和咨询。指导他们进行自我调节，尽快摆脱挫折。

Fresh Students' Endurance on Frustration and Solution

Some fresh college students are incompetent to adapt to the new learning and living environment with the symptoms of unbalanced cognitive behavior,frustrating feelings,and even learning failure.With the analysis on the sense of frustration,it is proposed that certain precautions should be taken before hand including help and counsel to direct them the way out of frustration.
