| 摘 要： | <马可波罗游记>对13世纪末的杭州在地理位置、人口、交通、商业、娱乐、风俗习惯等各方面进行了生动、细致的描述,它与我国史料记载互为补充,为我们了解当时杭州提供了很好的见证.其价值在于为杭州出现的早期资本主义萌芽提供了第一手史料,同时也促进了中西方文化的交流.

| Abstract: | In The Travel of Marco Polo, the writer described vividly and in detail the geographicalposition, population, transportation, trafic, entertainment mid customs of Hangzhou at the end of the 13thcentury. It made up the historical records in china and provided and excellent witness for us to get to knowHangzhou at that time. Its value lied in its furnishing the first - hand historical materials of the early capi-talism appearing in Hangzhou and it also facilitated the culture exchange between china and western coun-tries. |
