| Abstract: | Many causes can make software project into dilemma. Difficult information communicatioin is one of the main causes. The sizes of many software projects are very large, and relation of members is very complex, chaos, difficult to be coordinated. This paper gave a series of solving proposal to communication issues on process establishmen and implementation. |
