WTO框架下我国就业现状与对策分析

十六大报告指出，“就业是民生之本。”解决就业问题是我国当前和今后长时期重大而艰巨的任务。国家实行促进就业的长期战略和政策。各级党委和政府必须把改善创业环境和增加就业岗位作为重要职责。那么，WTO框架下人世初期对我国就业机会有哪些影响，如何探索WTO框架下就业问题的对策．WTO框架下政府要做哪些主要工作，便是本文所要探讨的主要问题。

The Present Situation and the countermeasures' Analysis on National Empolyment under the WTO's Frame

Discussion on the econcmic construction and the economic structure reform, the fourth part of the 16th central committee of China Communist Party's Report points out that "Employment is the People's Livelihood". It is one of the greatest and hardest tasks to solve the issue of employment for the present time and also for a long particular period. The government shall carry out the long-term strategy and the policy to promote the employment. Party committees and governments at all levels must take it as important duty to improve the employment envionment and increase the numbers of positions. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the influences of the WTO on the national employment at the initial stage, the countermeasures of empolyment and the major tasks of goverment under the WTO's frame.
