| Abstract: | Economy is the basis for human being and development.However, during the national government period, the Fujian ruler largely collected taxes, publish government bonds and often alter monetary, which result in the bankruptcy of agriculture, the unemployment of worker, and the prices were sky-rocketing,people were living hard lives. |
