| 摘 要： | 安乐死历来是个有争议的话题，它涉及到哲学、伦理学、法学，医学等领域，关于安乐死，有两种截然不同的观点，一是赞成安乐死；二是反对安乐死，本文是持赞成安乐死的观点，从安乐死与我国传统道德文化的冲类这一视角来分析安乐死立法的合理性及其意义。

| Abstract: | Euthanasia has consta ntly been a controversial issue which is involved in philosophy,morality,law,medici ne,etc.There are two completely different views about the issue,one is for it,wh ile the other is against it.This essay supports the former and analyse its ratio nality and significance in legislation from the aspect of its conflict with Chin ese traditional morality. |
