| 摘 要： | 宋恕作为晚清时期著名思想家,其理论包含着丰富的宪政思想.这种思想主要体现在四个方面:一是封建专制为“天下之大害”的反封建宪政思想;二是建立民主政治体制的宪政思想;三是重视妇女权益的平等保护宪政思想;四是要求赋予民众辩护权的诉讼救济宪政思想.

| Abstract: | SONG Shu as a famous scholar in the late Qing dynasty, his theory includes a lot of democracy of constitution thoughts. The democracy of constitution thoughts are mainly embodied in four aspects: one is anti-feudal system; the second is establishment of the democracy; the third is emphasis on women rights in equal protections; the fourth is authorization of people defensive procedural rights. |
